1. Create your Nile Portal account

The Nile Portal is the primary portal you’ll use to set up and monitor your Nile Access Service.

What to expect:

  • You’ll receive a welcome email from Nile introducing you to your dedicated service delivery manager (SDM).
  • Within that email, you’ll be guided through a quick registration process to create your Nile Portal login.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive an email from Nile to set your password.
  • From here, you’ll be able to add other members from your organization.

2. Get your Nile Access Service

Each service begins with a complete, high-performance design based on your unique needs.

What to expect:

  • A Nile SDM will contact you to schedule your site survey.
  • We’ll produce a detailed BoM that meets stringent performance guarantees.
  • Set up service areas within the Nile Portal.
  • Your Nile SDM will order the necessary equipment for your site and schedule the installer(s).

3. Prepare for installation

4. Installation & activation of your Nile Access Service

Nile performs necessary infrastructure installation.

What to expect:

  • We’ll install the Nile access points, sensors, access switches, and distribution switches.
  • The Nile Access Service will be fully tested to guarantee it meets our standards.
  • Once installation is complete, you’ll be assigned a Nile Customer Success Manager who will remain as your primary point of contact.
