Why IoT/OT is Your Biggest Security Blind Spot
- and How to Fix it!
April 21, 2026 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST
Abstract
The rapid proliferation of IoT and OT devices across wired and wireless networks has significantly expanded the enterprise attack surface. Many of these devices lack strong security and authentication and are often deployed with limited visibility and control. Traditional segmentation methods—such as VLANs and access control lists—are frequently misapplied or insufficient, enabling lateral movement and increasing the risk of compromise.
Consequently, one-third of all breaches now originate from IoT/OT devices connected to legacy networks that are not secure by design. Traditional endpoint security does not cover this. AI-based agents are worsening the problem.
Join this webinar to learn how to overcome this while normalizing security across, users, devices and things.
What You’ll Learn in This Webinar
- Eliminating VLANs and vulnerabilities: How to move from legacy, fragmented security to Zero Trust, focusing on identity-based access and micro-segmentation
- Lateral Security in the LAN: How Nile’s Zero Trust Fabric enforces segment-of-1 isolation for every IoT/OT device, enabling granular policy enforcement
- Reducing Risk: Reduce operational complexity and achieve 30–50% cost savings while driving compliance
