Nile Nav combines Nile Service Cloud features with AI and machine learning to deliver world-class field service operations. It provides real-time observability and continuous optimization for Nile Service Block components, streamlining network deployment through simple, intuitive interfaces. The Nile Nav app is available for iOS (version 13.0 or later) and Android (version 11.0 or later) devices. Nav supports Nile Cloud authentication and SSO through Okta, Azure AD, and G Suite. The app only allows authenticated and authorized users to perform Nile Access Service installation jobs.
