Veteran go-to-market leader brings decades of experience scaling enterprise and
mid-market revenue, partnerships, and services-led growth to Nile’s secure network-as-a-service solutions

SAN JOSE, Calif. – February 23, 2026Nile, an industry leader for secure, autonomous Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), today announced the appointment of Frank Wiacek as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Wiacek will lead Nile’s global revenue organization, overseeing sales, partnerships, and go-to-market execution as the company accelerates growth of its secure Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solutions.

Wiacek brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling high-performing revenue organizations across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and services-led businesses including Dell, Red8, 2NDGEAR, and Insight Investments. Notably, he played a central role in building and leading the EMC–Dell partnership, which grew into a $2 billion annual business and became EMC’s number one alliance globally. He also was an early member of EMC’s commercial division, helping scale the business from under $80 million to a multi-billion-dollar organization. And he founded EMC’s mid-market division in the western U.S., growing revenue from zero to more than $200 million in three years.

Prior to joining Nile, Wiacek transformed Red8 into a services-led business, growing consulting revenue ten-fold, launching the Harmony infrastructure-as-a-service offering that drove 25% of annual recurring revenue, and more than doubling top-line revenue while increasing net income by 500%.
