Nile Services Overview

Nile unifies technology (network and security) as well as operational services across the lifecycle to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience to its customers and their users. This increases visibility, reduces risk, and lowers the total cost of ownership across the lifecycle while allowing universities, businesses and government institutions to be nimbler and adopt transformative change.

Network and Security Technology as-a-service

Customers can choose the foundational Nile Access Service for secure wired/wireless and combine it with a suite of add-on services drawn from the Security Services catalog. These include Guest Access, RADIUS, DHCP, Trust and Edge Services. Together, they help consolidate disparate technology and appliance elements vs legacy deployments to reduce complexity, risk and cost. With Nile, all the wired/wireless hardware will be delivered as part of the service.

Lifecycle Services

These span across the lifecycle of deployments and encompass from Day 0 through Day N. Nile has built technology and tools with AI to focus to make each stage of the lifecycle robust assisting both the IT team as well as their end-users for a stellar experience.

Nile service delivery teams and or certified partners can assist with the Implementation through the service activation phases. Nile has developed the Nile Digital Twin to provide a digital snapshot of the environment that guides implementation and Day 2 operations.

Day 2
